Registered Office Adress
Each limited liability company (Limited company) must have an official registered office address, which shall be given both to the companies House register and to the HM Revenue & Customs (IRS). The official headquarters of the company is primarily used by public administrations, including fiscal communications for correspondence and business contacts. There, also as a rule, are stored company documents.
Alpha Tax Finance is able to lend the use of its own address to the company Limited to be used as its official location. As part of this service:
- The company may use the address of our office to register activities and to conduct correspondence with the authorities and any counterparty
- Incoming mail is sent to the destination address indicated, for example, the shareholders of the company.
